Settings

• Display name — shown in audit logs and on team-facing UI.
• Email — your sign-in identity. Email changes require an admin.
• Role — read-only. There's only one role type today.
• Brand — the brand you belong to.
• Verified phone — the masked phone that receives your sign-in codes.

The theme toggle switches between light and dark. The choice is persisted to your account, so it follows you on every device.

The timezone preference controls how every date in the app is displayed and entered, including:

• The dashboard calendar.
• Campaign scheduled times (unless you pick a different timezone on the schedule form).
• Date range filters in analytics.
• The activity log.

Change your password by entering the current one and a new one. Changing your password invalidates every other active session. You stay signed in on the current browser, but anywhere else you're signed in will require you to sign in again.

Passwords must meet all of the following:

• At least 12 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character (e.g. ! @ # $ % ^ & *)

If you've lost access to your phone, contact your RCSync admin and they'll reset it for you.
